Through the mission of becoming an entrepreneurial university, PPU supports youth and entrepreneurial work as a key component of its values, policies and practices in all services. Entrepreneurial support and career development programs are provided through tailored capacity building and community serving projects by divisions including the Center of Excellence and Continuing Education, the Business Incubator, the Alumni and the Center of Entrepreneurship and Career Development. The centers provide youth empowerment services to fight poverty through employability and professional skills training programs, business incubation services, career guidance services, professional internship programs, job fairs in addition to the services of networking for employment. To assure equality and inclusiveness PPU provides youth empowerment and capacity building services to all youth of all backgrounds and areas with equal opportunities for men and women, people with disabilities, indigenous communities, and people living in remote areas.
