SDG 9 - Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure

PPU provides industrial and innovation support to local industries and innovative students through the Center of Industrial Synergy (established in 2007) and the Intelligent Systems Research Center (established in 2019). The centers provide capacity-building and training services in the various fields of industrial sciences in addition to consultancy and technical solutions through applied research carried out by students and staff members. Additionally, PPU provides bachelor's and master of engineering programs in industrial automation, mechatronics, and artificial intelligence. The academic programs integrate technology transfer and student learning by supporting the various industries with technological solutions through student’s internship programs, and scientific research, in addition to industrial sectors focused technical solutions through entrepreneurial work of staff and students as consulting work.
