SDG 3 - Good Health and Wellbeing

PPU is working on various initiatives in the field of health and promoting well-being. Establishing the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2017, and starting work on the University Hospital, are two major steps in the field of providing essential healthcare services to the local community. The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences provides bachelor's programs in Medicine, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Medical, and Preventive Nutrition. The faculty also holds various medical awareness campaigns and information days about pressing health issues such as COVID 19, diabetes, cancer, blood pressure, and many topics of interest. Moreover, PPU provides the master of biotechnology program that provides scientific research in medical and healthcare areas in the master theses streams
