Third-year occupational therapy students from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences presented their notable graduation project, the "Barrier-Free Learning Lab," aimed at integrating students with visual disabilities into university education at Hebron universities.
The team, consisting of Shahad Abu Sneinah, Manar Nayrab, Gharam Al Haddad, and Tamima Abu Awad, under the supervision of Ms. Nusseibeh Al Janazra, emphasized the importance of a supportive educational environment for students with disabilities.
Their lab, equipped with advanced technology, ensures equal educational opportunities for students with visual, hearing, and motor disabilities. This initiative promotes inclusiveness and equality, enabling students with disabilities to achieve academic success and contribute to society. Palestine Polytechnic University supports this effort by providing facilities and developing programs to enhance educational integration for all students.
