Branding and Creative Services

The Brand and Creative Services Department is entrusted with maintaining the university's visual identity and is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Implementing all designs required at the university in alignment with the approved visual identity.
  • Supporting the university’s reputation and fostering communication with both the external and internal communities through the design and production of a comprehensive set of high-quality publications and digital designs.
  • Supervising or contributing to the preparation, completion, and production of all designs issued by the university, its colleges, and departments.
  • Creating printed and digital advertising materials in accordance with approved design regulations for all university colleges and departments.
  • Contributing to the preparation, design, and coordination of national and public meetings and events organized by the university presidency, its colleges, and departments.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the use of the official university logo on all publications to maintain the university’s visual identity.
  • Producing various materials such as advertising brochures, printed and visual materials for colleges and different specializations, as well as advertisements published locally and internationally.
  • Preparing and designing publications that introduce the university and its achievements, marketing the institution in international conferences and forums.
  • Capturing photography and videography of events and activities related to the university, its colleges, centers, and various departments, including documenting the presence of important figures at these events.
  • Copying and distributing films for various events.
  • Preparing a comprehensive classification of films (videos) and photographs of all university activities.

Design:

  • Designing all printed and digital advertising materials in compliance with approved design regulations.
  • Providing diverse design services to all colleges, departments, and centers at the university.
  • Reviewing digital and printed publications and designs issued by the university, ensuring they carry the official logo to maintain the university’s visual identity.

Film Production and Photography:

  • Producing marketing films aligned with the university’s strategic plan.
  • Creating annual films highlighting significant university occasions, key scientific and research achievements, and introductory films for various colleges and departments.
  • Reviewing films produced by all university entities, ensuring they bear the official logo to maintain visual identity.
  • Offering photography services, conducting photo sessions, and capturing event photography.
