Applied Biology - Biotechnology Graduates Excel in Biotechnology Profession Exam at the Palestinian Ministry of Health

 

The Palestinian Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Palestinian Association of Biotechnology Science, has announced the names of those who passed the Biotechnology Profession Exam held on May 21, 2024. Among the examinees were numerous graduates of Applied Biology and Biotechnology from universities across the country.

Ruaa Al-Jundi, a student majoring in Applied Biology at PPU, achieved first place nationwide. This outstanding result highlights the exceptional quality of the Applied Biology program and the university's overall academic excellence.

Notably, graduates of Applied Biology are eligible for membership in the Palestinian Association of Biotechnology Science, allowing them to practice as Biotechnology Technicians. This qualification enables them to work in various fields, including the Ministry of Health, biotechnology laboratories, genetic engineering (human genes/molecular genetics), diagnostic and genetic laboratories, forensic investigation, and more.
