PPU Hosts Inaugural Medical Scientific Research Day, Showcasing Student Achievements in Medicine

Palestine Polytechnic University held its first Medical Scientific Research Day, showcasing the achievements of the inaugural class of human medicine students from the College of Medicine and Health Sciences. The event featured 115 students presenting 34 research papers to a distinguished audience of academics and medical experts, including members of the University's Board of Trustees and prominent figures from Palestine's medical sector.

Professor Ahmed Bayoud Al-Tamimi highlighted the university's commitment to promoting scientific research and supporting student ambitions. University President Dr. Mustafa Abu-Safa praised the students' and faculty members' efforts, emphasizing the importance of research skills in advancing healthcare. Dean Dr. Majed Dwaik commended the students' dedication and contributions to medical knowledge, while Dr. Mohammed Tahayneh noted the diversity and depth of the research topics.

The event fostered significant interest and interaction between students and academics, concluding with honors and certificates for outstanding research efforts. This inaugural event is a crucial step towards promoting scientific research and preparing future doctors to improve health services and contribute to societal development.
