Palestine Polytechnic University has partnered with the University College of Applied Sciences in Gaza, the University of Oslo, and Oslo Metropolitan University in Norway to launch a comprehensive training program for the e-learning project, funded by the Norwegian government.
The training program is being attended by 30 teachers from PPU, who were selected from among 70 Palestinian universities. The training is aimed at building the capacities of teachers in Palestinian universities in the fields of teaching and learning, integrating technology into education, preparing curricula, teaching activities, evaluation, and harmonizing these factors.
The program includes workshops on curriculum redesign and the use of the Moodle platform. The project managers and quality managers from the participating universities, along with a number of international trainers, are involved in delivering the training programs.
