PPU College of Engineering Students Win First Place in Regional HULT PRIZE Competition

A team of engineering students from PPU College of Engineering won first place in the Hult Prize competition. The competition encourages university students to develop entrepreneurial skills by focusing on global problems. This year's theme was sustainable development in clothing and fashion.

Ten teams from all colleges at PPU applied for the competition. After two rounds, the six best projects were selected. The top three projects were awarded, with the first-place team qualifying to participate in the competition in Tunisia.

The grand prize for the Hult Prize competition is one million dollars. The second and third place winners will compete at the national level for another chance to qualify for the regional competition.

The competition was managed by a distinguished team of volunteer university students, sponsored by Darrory Company, and judged by a committee of local market companies, pioneering fashion designers, and university faculty.

The Hult Prize competition serves as an opportunity for students to apply their skills and creativity to solve global problems and make a positive impact on their communities.
