The workshop focused on the role of technology in enhancing the teaching and learning process of students and teachers. The discussion also focused on the pros and cons of applying technology and transforming from traditional to interactive learning based on interactive learning techniques, that is preferred by students in getting information, and which  has a key role in reshaping the teacher-learner role.  This is demonstrated by the use of computer technologies in managing or selecting the educational process.

It should be noted that e- learning is not a substitute for the teacher, but it works to enhance the role of the teacher as a mentor or facilitator in the educational process, as a tool and not a goal. In addition,  using technology in teaching facilitates communication between the student and the teacher and  information delivery to students.

At the end of the workshop, the speaker, Prof. Melita Kovacevic, was honored in the presence of Dr. Mustafa Abu Safa and Dr. Adnan Shehadeh and they thanked her for the valuable information and experiences she shared with them. As well, the participants were also impressed with such workshop that provided them with more information about the importance of using technology in teaching and learning that has the greatest impact on students and their acceptance of modern technological education. This pattern supports the traditional education process, converting it from indoctrination to a stage of interaction, creativity and developing skills through providing developed educational materials to keep with the changes and fit with the modern pattern that the students look for. It also enables the students to eliminate the limits of space and time, considering it a practical solution to the mechanism of modern learning.
